Maternity Pic's...Teasers

We had Maternity Pictures done by my Aunt Alison two weeks ago and she's leaked out a few of the photo's that she's had time to edit.
She's so incredibly talented and I can't wait to see the rest of them!!

36 Weeks!!!

///35 Weeks///

///36 Weeks///

How far along: 36
Gender: Boy
Weight gain: 28 lbs
Maternity clothes: Honestly...I want to live in sweatpants/stretchy pants. Large ones..and Tank Tops. It has been hot outside so when I'm indoors- sweatpants are perfect (to keep me warm from the AC) and thin stretchy pants or shorts for when I'm outdoors. However-- since I'm still working, this isn't entirely possible. I am rockin every Maternity outfit I can. I used to be ashamed to "have" to wear Maternity clothes- but at this point- it's just what's comfortable.
Stretch marks: :( Major sad faces here. I started to get one on my left hip/butt cheek/leg... I'm panicking and frustrated cause I"ve been so good with my lotions/oils/body butters and have been exercising/walking to keep the lbs off so this wouldn't happen. Please tell me that they it will heal/fade and I will eventually be able to wear bikini bottoms swimming again someday in my life without being mortified :|
Belly button in or out: It's out as far as it's gonna go...
Sleep: Sleep has been gradually deteriorating- as I'm sure it's my system working me into a "mommy routine"
The best sleep I get is a 2 hour nap in the middle of the day on my couch- if I'm lucky enough to have time to nap that is...
Best moment this week: Finally reaching that 36 week mark...knowing that means he can come at any time and should have everything go well. Feeling like we are there...but it is also a doubled edged sword that makes the next 26 day countdown seem like years...Unnecessary years.
We also have our 36 week appointment tomorrow, so I'm hoping that when they check everything out that we are making progress towards getting him here.

Miss anything: Energy. And my Memory. And being able to take deep breaths. (Same as last time)
Movement: Still counting kicks and little man has been moving less- but not to the point that I'm worrying, and his movements are getting stronger..I'm sure he's just getting big and running out of room in there.
He has been breech at our last 2 appointments, so in the last week it has been good to feel his hiccups happening in the region of my hips-- I'm feeling like he turned on his own. I'm hoping that's the case and that he stays that way until he decides to make his appearance.
Cravings: Fresh Raspberries. And I don't feel guilty about eating them one case at a time...
Queasy or sick: Thank goodness I kicked the Acid Reflux since that one bizarre flare up. I've had my moments of feeling queezy, but not ever very major and they don't last long. Thank Goodness!

Otherwise- we've been busy working on the yard. We got our concrete patio's and front sidewalk poured!! It's been so nice to have a place to sit outside amongst the dirt and rocks in the shade and enjoy the lower evening temperatures!

We also celebrated the 1 year mark from Justn's Motorcycle Accident and his awesome recovery. It reminds me to be more kind and more gentle and to be grateful for every day that I have in my life and with him cause you never know when it could be changed forever- or even taken away. Love him with everything I am.

XOXO Babe!!

34 Weeks

/// 33 Weeks///

/// 34 Weeks///

How far along: 34 Weeks
Gender: Boy

Weight gain: 32 lbs :(

Maternity clothes: All of my bottoms have to be maternity if they aren't sweat pants or leggings and I'm still going between stretching out my regular shirts and wearing out my maternity shirts.
Stretch marks: No- Thanks to my awesome hubby for helping me keep up on my Coconut Oil, Carrot Seed and Baby Me Oils!!
Belly button in or out: I don't think my belly button is actually capable of Popping out...but it's definitely protruding as far as it is possible, lol.
Sleep: Justin has been working the night shift for the last week now, which means I have had the bed all to myself. It takes me forever to go to bed, because I've tried to be productive while he's gone, but once I finally get to bed, I sleep great! Wake up with a back ache most of the time, but it will all be over soon :)
Best moment this week: Our Last few baby items have been arriving lately, and I have so enjoyed putting them together and getting everything organized. Stroller and extra car seat- Check. Cradle painted and sheets washed- Check. Made a huge trip to Costco to stock up on the essentials to minimize trips to the grocery store with little one. Rockaroo arrived and put together- check. Baby Monitor hooked up to wifi so I can check on him and talk to him from pretty much anywhere- check.

Miss anything: Energy. And my Memory. And being able to take deep breaths.

Movement: Doctor had me start counting kicks 4 weeks ago to make sure I was getting at least 10 every 2 hours. Little guy has no problem with his kicking. Or his hiccuping. Or fist fighting- and whatever else he does in there. He's a little overachiever already ;)
Cravings: Still not much of an appetite or any cravings-- besides wanting to drink the pine sol I was cleaning the sink with a couple weeks ago :| The heat makes me not want to eat much, so when I do eat, it's usually fruit or something else that's light.

Queasy or sick: Had my first case of Acid Reflux ever in my life last week and found myself in the medicine aisle at walmart googling what treats acid reflux and is safe to take during Pregnancy. This led to my first experience ever with TUMS. I was popping pills in the middle of the aisle before I even paid for the darn things...bahaha. Note to self-- avoid Crazy Bread with Marinara Sauce if I don't want to eat a dinner of TUMS in the next 6 weeks.

I have been so horrible at keeping up on this the last 5 weeks. Summer has hit us and we've obviously been a little busy. Between my baby shower, Fathers Day, A Trip to an arm specialist for Justin (who tore his bicep, has tendinitis and "golfers elbow"), a camping trip with friends, an all night softball tournament, Speaking in church, The fourth of July Festivities,  Justin on night shift and my trip to Costco to prepare for the birth of our child/or a zombie apocalypse- whichever happens first- I have not even thought about updating the blog.
It's made me grateful that time has passed so quickly on one hand, but I'm ready for a break on the other hand.
The good news is that it's not going to slow down any time soon. With the concrete coming this Wednesday to pour our back patio, My Family Reunion this coming weekend, then our 36 WEEK Doctors appointment (that's full term folks!!!), then the 24th of July Holiday in Utah and we're either camping or installing a sprinkling system! Then we've got Justin's family reunion  two weeks before baby is due...
We bought a new camper because we're obviously going to need the space. Got a new security system through Vivint because of all of the crazy things that have been going on in Vernal lately. I finally turned in the paperwork for my maternity leave... We have maternity pictures scheduled with my Awesome Aunt and Uncle tomorrow. My Work is having a Baby shower for me and our Receptionist (who is due 9 days ahead of me) this Wednesday... Plus Softball Season is still in full swing...
We're just crazy busy running people and we are loving every minute of it!!
